Astrid Oyo
CEO, BizLeadhers
Seasoned international executive with 20+ years of strategic leadership across the U.S. and Europe. Former leader of B2B strategy for IKEA Business, managing 24 markets. Experience includes BCG, IKEA, and ESPRIT. MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Fluent in 7 languages. Former board member of Women’s Leadership Exchange (WLE) and Center for Women’s Business Research (CWBR).

Chief of Staff
Leads cross-functional coordination across BizLeadhers’ volunteer teams, keeping the Executive Board, program staff, and cohort operations aligned as the organization scales.

From Positive Planet US to BizLeadhers
BizLeadhers began as the U.S. operations of Positive Planet, a global nonprofit focused on economic inclusion. As the work increasingly centered on women entrepreneurs building small businesses from the ground up, the organization rebranded to BizLeadhers — a name that reflects who we serve and why.

U.S. Operations Begin
Positive Planet US launches operations to support women entrepreneurs nationwide.
